The Unapologetic Mathematician

Mathematics for the interested outsider

New Links

As part of today’s maintenance, I’m going through some weblogs I’d been wanting to catch up on and possibly add to the sidebar. Two for now: The Everything Seminar, which does for Cornell what Secret Blogging Seminar does for Berkeley, and Zero Divides, documenting the life of an aspiring mathematician from all the way back in undergrad life.

TES is very new, and has plunged in with series about graph theory and some homological algebra. On the other hand, ZD has been around for a while. Unfortunately, the author (“Zero”? “Divides”? “ZiDane”?) seems to have configured comments very restrictively, so you’ll just have to send your encouragement through the æther. Or maybe she’ll see this pingback and realize that nobody can comment but those she’s specifically authorized to do so.
